Custom made items can NOT be returned or exchanged.

R.A. # Required for Returns – To assure that a return is received in the proper location and that the return is properly credited to your account, it is always necessary to obtain a “Return Authorization” in advance of the return. Return Authorization Numbers (RA#) can be issued during normal business hours from a customer service representative.
