How much will my shipping cost?

Shipping and handling charge is based on the total value of your order.   While it is possible that the combination of items you have selected may be exceptionally light/small or large/heavy, we have attempted to compensate for these situations.  If you believe you have a concern regarding the shipping amount based on the weight/size of the purchased items, please contact our offices during regular business hours for a special circumstance shipping quote.   Our standard shipping services are UPS, FedEx Ground, and USPS and are selected based on warehouse locations.

What if something gets damaged during shipping?

We take great care packing and shipping your merchandise to insure your order arrives safely. If you suspect shipping damage when you receive your order, please take the following steps.

1.  Ask the delivery driver to note the damage at the time of delivery if possible.

2.  If the item was shipped via truck carrier, please note the damage on the bill of lading prior to signing. If the item appears to be badly damaged, please call Ictus Limited Customer Service at 1-800-664-2887 for further assistance before the driver leaves your facility.

3.  Open all packages immediately and save all shipping and packing material.

4.  Notify Ictus Limited’s Customer Service Department for replacement of your damaged items. Please call 1-800-664-2887 or email us at mail@ictuslimited.com

5.  The liability for the replacement value of your product will fall within the venue of the package carrier.  Ictus Limited will assist you in filing your claim.  (Note – unless otherwise notified, the package is insured for a maximum of $100 per shipment.  Additional shipping insurance can be purchased at the point of sale.)

How long will it take for the items to get to my location?

Most items ship via UPS, FedEX Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Transit time depends on the location and service from the warehouse. Packages typically arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your location. Custom items are produced within 2-5 weeks depending on the items. If you need your order by a specific date, please consider upgrading your shipping to insure timely arrival. We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of orders shipped using our Standard Service. Items shipped by truck carrier may take up to 2 weeks.

Can I get overnight or special delivery shipping?

Yes, Ictus Limited offers Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select shipping though UPS.  Rates are determined by package size and weight as well as your shipping address.  As these rates vary greatly, please call an Ictus Limited representative for assistance.

What company do you use?

We determine the most economical shipping carrier for your order. Most items are shipped by UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Some larger items ship by truck carrier. We have adjusted our shipping methods to offer the best possible value.
