Drum Major Corner
The position of drum major originated in the British Army with the Corps of Drums in 1650. Military groups performed mostly duty calls and battle signals during that period, and a fife and drum corps, directed by the drum major, would use short pieces to communicate to field units.
To be a Drum Major requires dedication! We recognize and celebrate that at Ictus, because our founder and Executive Director was a Drum Major both in High School and the University level, we want to offer you the products and tools that you need and we’re open to new product ideas.
