Applicable Law – Venue – Limitations

We pride ourselves on offering many payment options for our customers.

You can send in a prepayment check from boosters, school funds, money order, or personal check. You can use a school purchase order – just email, mail or fax us a copy of the purchase order. You can use any of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cardholder must provide name, billing address, telephone number, card number, expiration date, security code and email address.

Unavailable Funds

Credit cards, purchase orders or checks that can’t be redeemed by Ictus Limited, Inc. will be charged a fee of $30.00 above the sale amount.  Should further action be necessary to collect the amount owed, the buyer shall pay Ictus Limited all costs of collection including reasonable attorney fees.
